Lemonade, the new pair of cafes from Alan and Heidi Jackson of Jackson Catering, offers prepared takeout selections including sandwiches and salads—but if there's no time to stop by the downtown or West Hollywood locations, a delivery service takes minimum orders of $100. The menu includes house-made ingredients, such as the cashew and ginger vinaigrette for the corn and jicama salad, as well as freshly baked focaccia, sourdough, and pumpernickel bread. Fresh lemonade comes in flavors like peach, boysenberry, and blueberry. Orders arrive in takeout containers, or staffers are available to set up spreads for in-office meetings.
